Well i’m on day 52 of my Body Beast workout
And it’s been going great! lifting heavy every day in fact i have been able to up my weight on most moves every week. Also I have been able to maintain my food intake man that’s one of the hardest parts of bulking up eating all that food and what’s funny is i’m only eating 4000 calories a day could not imagine if i was eating 5000-6000 calories that’s crazy talk there lol Na some really need to eat that much but so far 4000 calories has been working for me and i have added about 11lbs so far when I started I was 160 now i’m 171 my goal is 175 so i’m getting there! And can really see big improvement already what do you think?

I’m just about done with the bulk phase of the program
And going into the last phase to shared off the fat and get ripped now I know you don’t see much fat on me but it’s on my front side it’s not a lot but you do get some because all that food has to go some where and your body can’t use it all that food at once. Here is a front pic me
But don’t worry the last phase will shared this fat off and have you looking like the hulk!
I’m very happy with my results so far this has been one of the best bulking workouts i have ever done and i plan on doing this one again later this year. You may get way bigger then me and i hope you do I have some shoulder issues so i have to stay light on my weights on some of the moves but form is number one always so if you have to stay light on some moves for awhile then do it because I did’t on a few and that’s how i hurt my shoulder kept pushing it and now i’m sorry I did. But we live and we learn. Next time i do this program ill be all healed up and ready to lift heavy and stay with the good form. Can’t wait to share with you how i look when phase 3 is over till them Beast Up my Friends!

You look great, Rick! Your back especially looks CRAZY shredded!
Thanks Rachel!
Rick,
For all those calories you’ve been taking in you have some awesome definition in your arms and back bro! Keep rockin’!
Great job Rick!
Great job Rick – good luck with the shred phase, that was tough on my hubby. I think he’ll go another round with the BEAST in February – he loves Sagi!
