Well I have been one very busy man lately
With my P90X Classes at the YMCA and work picking up a bit and doing my hybrid Combat/Body Beast workouts, It seems i can’t find time to even get my blogging done or half the other things I have going on done as well. But I know one thing all my hard work is starting to pay off I have been loosing the fat off around my belly and seeing my abs again really looking cut and my classes at the YMCA are going great Hard to believe we are almost done only 3 more weeks wow crazy! We will take a 2 week brake before starting up new classes again give us some time to get some well needed time off with are family’s and friends! I have said it before and ill say it again it takes time and very hard work to reach your goals things just don’t happen over night believe me I wish they did but it’s just not set up that way. So we have to just stay on track of what we really want work your butt off for it and make thing’s happen give 150% expect nothing form anyone else and you will get want you really want but they is a catch you have to also enjoy the process of life on your way to your goals if you don’t give yourself something nice for all your hard work it’s not really going to workout you will burn your self out and just give up! Don’t let that happen give your self some me time or do something you would not normally do for yourself once in awhile, so just remember that OK?
Really loving Les Mills Combat wow what a fun fun fun workout! your kicking and punching and doing all they different styles of martial-arts moves and even some boxing! By the time the workout is over your like what did I just do wow! And man do you feel the workouts the next day! I was going to do the program as is but I wanted some lifting with it so I mixed Body Beast with Combat so that i had the mix I really wanted. So far it’s going great! Ill be sure to keep you updated on how i’m doing with it. My wife Anna will be starting Combat this Monday with me but she will be sticking to that program only. And I must admit I’m looking forward to doing that workout with her its a ton of fun and I know she’s going to love it as much as I do!
