Well it’s been one fun journey doing my Body Beast Workouts

Just started phase 3 of the program only have 4 more week’s till I’m done. And now that I’m in phase 3 I have really backed down my calories form 4000 to about 2700 must  say it’s a tough adjustment lol. Must say will be much easier on my wallet but will miss eating all that food. But now it’s time to trim down and show off all that muscle I have worked so hard to make!

In Phase 3

You mix up the bulk and the built workouts and add cardio back in every week! That’s gonna be a challenge since i have not done much cardio for 6 weeks lol but I do miss it so i’m looking forward to it! And since i’m teaching my P90X classes i’m gonna need to get my cardio back on! But this has been one awesome workout program and I have added some really nice muscle mass and definition! I’ll be doing this program again some time this year that i know for sure!

So What’s next your saying?

Well Ill be doing Les Mills Combat next it’s a really cool fun martial arts workout.. But i’m sure ill be still doing a few of my body beast workouts from time to time =) here is a link for combat it you want to check it out chick here. But till then ill be lifting like a ?beast!

    Wow, only 4 more weeks left? Time goes by fast. Man look at those arms and the weights you are lifting! WTG, keep up the great work. You are going to wow those at your P90X classes with an evenmore ripped physique.

    Whoa! You’re so close! That’s got to be a crazy shock – that’s a HUGE drop in calories!!! It will be worth it, though!

    Wow, your results look awesome already – good luck with the “shred”. I have not done any Beast workouts, but DH keeps telling me to try the legs…I hear you can’t walk after it! I’m doing Combat now – just 2 weeks in. It’s great and I’m starting to drop the few more pounds I want, but it’s definitely higher impact vs. a more lifting focused workout. I’ll go back to lifting after the 60 days – maybe Beast?? There’s a “lean” version like in P90X, right?

    I have the Body Beast on my list of programs for the week, well frankly Combat to….so many programs so little time. We’ll get there though. Nice job moving through the program.
