Sheding off the fat

Well it’s my last week of Body Beast

And it’s been fun I ended up with about 8lbs of muscle that puts me at 174 right at my goal! Now the program say’s up to 10 lbs of muscle so not to bad at all! Thinking it could have added more if my shoulder did’t get hurt and my diet was a bit better but all in all very happy! Like last time we talked i said getting use to doing cardio again was going to be a pain but really it wasn’t at all i’m doing cardio about twice a week and doing well with it and still lifting really heavy on my workouts have toned down on the on the carbs now but still eating some. Must say  it’s nice to be back on a normal diet per-say lol So not to bad as you see! Ill still be doing some of the beast workouts in with my Les mills combat  so really looking forward to it!

I have also been doing most the workouts with my p90x Classes so that will also help cut me up fast we have so much fun in classes Its hard to think i’m getting paid to teach something i love doing! Until next time Bring It and always do your best and like Tony says forget the rest!

    Wow, 8 lbs of muscle, that is great for 90 days worth of work. How much did your measurements change?
