You ever find yourself wondering what to do?
Like in your day to day like or with your health and fitness? Heck I know i do! Some days it gets real hard to stay focused. Heck just staying on track of what we need to be doing is hard. Some days just to balance everything we have going on work, family time, personal time,keeping track of your health (diet), getting your workout in, ok ok well the workout part is easy for me but i know many others it’s not so how do we go about all of this?
Well a few of the thing i find to help.
Well first off I make a schedule my time this is a must! When you schedule your time you know for the most part when everything is is to be done even your diet you can keep tabs on when you need to eat and even wright down what your eating at that time! you will know when its time to get that workout in when the kids will be home and when you need to have family time it helps with everything!
I also bring my meals with me to work
If your working full time and raising a family like most of us it’s real important to bring your meals with you. Not only will you have healthy food for the day you will also save money by not going out for lunch or stopping to by some junk food because your starving. I see this happen all day long with others they say they want to loose weight and get healthy yet they eat candy and chips all day long and order pizza for lunch. I’m not saying you cant ever eat that stuff but come on you know as well as i do that if your wanting to change your life eating that stuff isn’t gong to help you at all – so why even tempt yourself with it? This is way its important to bring food with you for your day! You know this don’t seem like much and you’re right it’s not but it will help you more then you will ever know – if you just follow what I’m saying here.
Family time and personal time is more important then you think
If you neglect your family not only will you most likely loose them but your will never feel full and complete! This goes for some personal time for yourself as well if your always giving to others and working all the time you will burn yourself out! And once again will never fill like your getting ahead nor will you feel complete. This is where most people fail in life we think we need to work around the clock to make life work well i have been there done that and its not true! You feel beat down and very unhappy. You miss out on life and all the moments with your loved ones that you can never replace. You most have a balanced life for things go work well for you! I can say thing I have been there done that like millions of others!
