Well it’s the end of beast I have finished it and now it’s time to move on
As I had said last time Ill be doing Les Mills Combat for my next workout program but its on hold for a few weeks till I start it up. I have to let my leg fully heal up as to a tire falling on it a few weeks back. I want to wait till i’m 100% up to par before I start up! For now I’m gonna be doing a mix up of workouts all upper body and abs till I start up Combat.
So of the workouts ill be doing is body beast /P90x/p90x2/and a mix up of some other’s crazy workouts I know
Yesterday
I did a workout called one on one just arms with Tony Horton awesome workout man it gets you all jacked up my arms where huge after that workout ! You do a bicep move then a triceps move then a forearm move then you repeat them and then move on to a new batch of moves! Ill tell you it a great workout! Today I did Body Beast Bulk Chest followed by P90X2 ab ripper 2 what a sweet combo!
Tomorrow workout will be V-Scuplt witch is a workout that target’s your back and there is some arms in there as well and ill do some light abs after wards!
Here is the body i’m working towards!
So as you see i have my work cut out!
But with hard work and the right combo of workouts ill get there soon! Ill be eating super clean as well. And Doing combat in a few weeks will help a ton as well really looking forward to seeing how close i can get to looking like the above pic! I’m sure I can do it and ill be posting updated pics of myself to show how the progress is coming along!

Great post. Sounds like you really got a lot from Body Beast. Les Mills Combat is awesome as well. Have fun.
Love Beast and had a ton of fun with Combat – Hope your healing goes smoothly so you can get back in the mix.
Keep on doing what you’re doing!
Taking time to heal is very important, I think you made the right call. Thanks for sharing ways to work around a specific injury.
